Wood
PLW Kando volumes are made of high quality Plw birch wood of 18 mm. The cuts are made with CNC 5-axis machines, which guarantee precise cutting and perfect assembly. Volumes of the New Edge System series are made of 13 mm curved wood.
Fixing
All volumes can be fixed to the climbing wall with self-tapping screws. All fixing holes are protected by threaded bushings; this allows to protect the fixing hole and the wood, from the fixing action and consequently, lengthens the life of your Plw volumes.
Grip
Grip of our Plw volumes is characterized by a comfortable and satisfying touch grain! The use of combinations of quartz sand with controlled granulometry and PU-based resins, studied in collaboration with specialized companies in the sector, ensure a dry and a long-lasting effect.
